The price includes rent for the apartment per day (arrival: 11:00 to 21:00, Departure: until 10.00 am on departure day, in which case please provide a telephone notification of arrival), bedding, towels. Final cleaning is included in the price. Kitchen facilities must be clean the guests leave. Otherwise, the cleaning charge of 30 €.
